manic tuesday

i was laughing to myself when my kindergartener wanted to know how to spell these words in this order for his note of the day to his auntie melissa. nothing like applying a big guilt trip right on top of her busiest overachieving elementary school teacher time of year
it's a bit of everything day. yesterday's fiction came out of nowhere (eco girl story is still hanging out to dry) so i'm hoping today's does too in between assistant muralling for the middle guy' art class, playing suzy Q homemaker, and listing things on thrifty chicks, and prepping for the kids' paper route and my soccer game. speaking of soccer...

my soccer girls won't believe it. (and i'm sure will be relieved to be able to stop averting their eyes) after two weeks of playing without my royal blue jersey -- it was MIA and i turned my house upside down looking for it and in the meantime wore one of the boys' Ts turned inside out -- not breathing friendly due to size conflicts ;) -- the whole time it was tucked into my freshly laundered duvet cover. ok, i fold things lumpily. if i was the type to iron things on specific days of the week (or even iron at all) i'm sure i would have found it.

all's well that ends well. better go look it's still where i put it.

  1. What a great place to store your jersey - lol!! See you tomorrow for more fun :)

  2. Anonymous10:12 PM

I laughed when I read the note, the problem with him is that he remembers everything you promise, but you can tell him soon... :)
I did save the note since it is so cute with the wrap around writing.

love to hear from you :)
