this is how insomnia starts

1. stay up late and wake up early
2. coffee, coffee, coffee
3. go to bed when the kids do
4. wake up at 1 am feeling like it's 9am
5. figure you might as well get up and be productive

  1. What if I tell you that it just gets worse? lol Just wait until you get into the habit of waiting for your teenagers/young adult kids to arrive home.
